In the area aircraft gear maintenance, Czech Airlines Technics specializes in particular in general overhauls of aircrafts, model Boeing 737 of the new and old generation. In its strategically situated premises at Václav Havel Airport Prague, CSA Technics has performed general overhauls of aircraft gears since 2000 and completed about 370 repairs of complete gear systems to date. For the period of general overhaul, it provides customers with a temporary replacement system, offers replacement of the aircraft gear directly in its own premises in a short time, and provides its customers with all high-level technological support.

CSA Technics offers complete components maintenance in its fully equipped workshops located at Václav Havel Airport Prague, Czech republic. For some type of components and mainly customers full comfort are offerred services in cooperation with third parties for some repairs. CSA Technics focuses in the components repairs primarily in house on those repairs that are going through the workshops at a higher frequency.

Sheet metal works at CSAT cover all necessary structure repairs required during base maintenance and also in stand alone cases. Repairs extend from lightning strike damage up to and including replacement of main structure parts like skin panels, pressure bulkheads, frames, lip skins, cargo doors etc. We have mature hands on experience and utmost knowledge of B737 Scribe lines repairs and also Wing top skin panel corrosion on A320. CSAT repairs metal bonding structures same as composites using wet layup and hot bonding up to 350 °F curing temperature.

Engineering comprises ancillary operations necessary for aircraft maintenance and mainly encompasses maintenance planning, and the tracking and preparation of documentation required to perform modifications on the aircraft of Czech Airlines and HOLIDAYS Czech Airlines.
